Modern Pathology was established way back in 1970 by Dr. R P Rastogi when Pathology was all manual work and there were long tedious methodologies of the various investigations. In 1980, Dr. Rastogi acquired the first fully automatic Random Access Biochemistry Analyser –Hitachi 905. It was the first of its kind in entire north India, seconded by the same in Ganga Ram Memorial Hospital, Delhi. This automation revolutionized the way biochemistry investigations were done, tests that took days to do were reported in matter of hours. Since then, there has been no looking back.

In this laboratory, we adhere to strict Quality control protocols as daily calibration, running three level quality checks in the entire day. We gradually kept adding state-of-art equipment and became capable to doing almost all investigations in house, even those that were earlier outsourced due to lack of technology such as hormones, PCR, Cancer markers, ELISA tests and so on.

Today, we are one of most well-equipped pathology laboratories with an exhaustive range of investigative list, all done by well trained staff, using the best equipment and under a close supervision of experienced Pathologist. We are ISO certified and NABL accredited laboratory.
